In 2018, Mohammed Al Suwaidi saw a gap in Sharjah's real estate market. Buyers were overwhelmed by paperwork, confused by pricing, and skeptical of agents who prioritized commissions over client needs. With 15 years of experience and a RERA license, he founded Prime Properties with one mission: make property buying transparent, honest, and stress-free.

What started as a one-man office in Al Majaz has grown into Sharjah's most trusted real estate agency. In our first year, we sold 50 properties. By 2020, we had crossed 500. In 2022, we expanded to Dubai. Today, in 2025, we've sold over 1,000 properties, facilitated more than AED 2 billion in transactions, and helped 500+ families find their dream homes.
